Materials are provided “as is” without warranties of specific outcomes. Edukka is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of information on this site where no contractual relationship applies.

Any dispute will be resolved under applicable law and jurisdiction set out in the services agreement, or, in its absence, in the competent courts of Brazil.
